CNC Machining
Our 7 modern computer numerical control machines are able to handle small and large quantities and produce precision tolerances. With such investments as 4th axis and the latest CAM software, this allows us to machine a vast assortment of parts made from all types of materials.
Surface Grinding
With our 6 surface grinding machines and precision support tooling, we are able to service our customers with accuracy and turnaround time.
Jig Grinding
Our Jig Grinding machines allow us to provide accurate hole sizes with tight positional tolerances in both hardened and soft materials. Internal and external grinding of contours is also available.
ID/OD Grinding
Using our universal grinders' inner and outer diameters can be ground in one setup allowing us to achieve maximum concentricity and accuracy. Parts we grind often include shafts, bushings, and pins.
Mattison Type Grinding
Our 2 “Mattison” type grinders are used for larger parts, including base plates, and fixtures.
Wire EDM
Our new wire EDM machine travels are 23.6 x 15.7 x 12.2 (submerged) with a maximum weight of 3307LBS. Linear shaft drives (no ball screws) and linear glass scales allows us to machine with speed and accuracy while still achieving excellent surface finish.
Inspection
Our inspection department includes modern tools and gages.
Laser Engraving
Our new class 4 20W MOPA fiber laser marking system allows us to etch and engrave a large variety of materials, servicing all of our customers needs.
